- During the booking process- check the box for wine tour.
- Select the number of people attending.
- Select the date on the calendar, (only available dates will have a circle around the day).
- Then scroll down to select the start time you want to begin the tour.
- Fill in your contact information.
- The address field is for the pickup location. If you don’t know the address, just write in the “Notes” box which hotel or RV park you are staying at. Please contact Prosser Wine Excursions for any questions.
- Booking appointments will be approved by PWE in case of any conflicting bookings. We apologize if tour is canceled during booking, it’s due to a conflicting tour, and we’ll happily add you to our cancelation list.

Include your name, phone number and what day you want your tour, the number of people attending and the pickup location. Also include any wine requests (wineries or specific wines you like or don’t like) and if you would like a lunch stop during the tour. If the date you request is available, you will receive an email conformation and a Square appointment invitation- usually though email and text messaging.
