1.) No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation may result in early termination, no refund.
2.) No smoking permitted inside the vehicle
3.) Please drink responsibly, a $150.00 clean-up fee will be charged for vomit or excessive matter left in the vehicle.
4.) Please be kind and courteous. Driver has the right to refuse service to unruly persons who ignore this rule, and will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver with no refunds.
5.) Prosser Wine Excursions, LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
6.) No illegal drug use of any kind is permitted.
7.) Person(s) who purchases a tour will be responsible for any damage incurred to the Chrysler Town and Country van. Damages will be charged at 125% of the repair cost plus parts and labor. In addition, responsible party is held accountable for all lost income as a result of damages. Including but not limited to gum, food, or drink spills.
9.) Seating and seat belts are required at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
